Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and implement production alerting.
• Drive strategic Planning features through code freeze without stability loss.
• Hand off runbooks to on-call engineers for smoother handovers.
• Mentor mid-level engineers to advance their capabilities.
• Decode undocumented Elasticsearch service and maintain it.
