Rippling, based in San Francisco, seeks a backend engineer to design, implement and test scalable services and APIs that power our HR platform. You will work across API design, data modeling, and performance optimization in a production environment.

Requirements include 2+ years in backend roles with Python or Go and strong PostgreSQL experience. We offer a competitive salary, equity, and benefits, with a bias toward in-office collaboration in SF.

• 2+ years of professional backend experience with Python/Go.
• Strong experience with relational databases, e.g., PostgreSQL.
• Able to balance technical craft with business impact.
