Job summary

Amazon Music is hiring a Software Development Engineer for the Partner Payments and Reporting teams. You will design and build scalable backend services to process streaming data and perform royalty calculations for music partners across multiple countries.

You will create end-to-end reporting platforms, validating data and ensuring accuracy, while collaborating with engineering, business, and operations teams to meet licensing requirements and enable platform innovation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for distributed systems.
• 1+ years building large-scale distributed software applications.
• Experience with object oriented design.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services for processing streaming data.
• Develop data pipelines to generate external datasets and reports for partners.
