Qualifications

• 7+ years of account management, business development, content licensing or finance experience.
• Knowledge of digital music services and the music publishing landscape.
• Experience with Excel.
• Experience with end-to-end ownership of major project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate productive relationships with music rightsholders and manage client issues.
• Ensure reports, invoices, and payments flow between rightsholders and internal partners.
• Improve processes and lead projects to drive efficiency.
• Create financial models for projections, license negotiations and risk analyses.
• Specify reports and system requirements; partner with engineering for implementation.
• Track content availability and manage publishing rights with teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product to design and test royalty systems.
• Review royalty calculations and data for accuracy.
