We are seeking a backend engineer with 3–5+ years at a modern tech company to ship customer-facing features, own end-to-end quality, and explain technical concepts to non-engineers. You will work closely with product teams, deployment, and GTM to bring customer value to life.

• 3 to 5+ years as a backend engineer at a modern tech company.
• High level of ownership and care for your work, with a track record to show for it.
• You enjoy working with customers and can explain technical things to non-engineers.

• Design and build backend systems that are clean, testable, and efficient.
• Ship customer-facing features as an engineer in one of our product teams.
• Work closely with Deployment, go-to-market teams and our customers to bring them to life.
