• 3–5+ years as a backend engineer at a modern tech company.
• Strong ownership and care for your work, with a track record to show for it.
• You enjoy explaining technical concepts to non-engineers.
• You take feedback quickly and turn it into growth.
• Curiosity and big ambitions with kindness.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend systems that are clean, testable, and efficient.
• Ship customer-facing features as an engineer in one of our product teams.
• Collaborate with Deployment, GTM and customers to bring features to life.
• Automate repeated setup work into product improvements.
• Prioritize testing, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Shape engineering practices and technical culture.
