LandEarly is building an auto-apply platform that helps job seekers find fresh postings, tailor their resumes and cover letters, and submit applications while roles are still new. We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale the systems powering job matching, application automation, and integrations with external platforms.

You will own data models, APIs, and backend services, collaborating with product and frontend engineers to ship features end-to-end while maintaining

Qualificações

• Experience building backend services in languages such as Python, Node.js, Go, Java, or Ruby.
• Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Experience designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs and familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs for core features.
• Develop and scale systems that integrate with third-party platforms and data sources.
• Own data models and database schemas; ensure performance and reliability as usage grows.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product and frontend engineers to ship features end-to-end.
• Monitor, debug, and improve system performance, reliability, and security in production.
