LandEarly is building an auto-apply tool that watches job boards and tailors submissions for job seekers. We are seeking a Browser Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain systems that interact with external ATS platforms at scale.

You will implement robust automation flows, scrape new postings, and handle anti-bot protections while ensuring high reliability and speed across diverse job sites. The role requires strong programming skills and cloud-experience to scale operations.

Qualifications

• Experience building browser automation or web scraping systems.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript or Python skills with headless browsers.
• Experience handling anti-bot measures and CAPTCHAs.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure for distributed automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust browser automation flows that navigate, fill, and submit applications across ATS platforms.
• Design scraping and monitoring systems to detect new job postings quickly across thousands of sites.
• Handle churn from front-end changes, anti-bot protections, and inconsistent DOM structures.
• Instrument automation pipelines with logging, alerts, and self-healing behavior.
• Collaborate with backend and product engineers to integrate automation results into core application.
• Improve reliability and speed of automated submissions as new platforms emerge.
