Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or another quantitative field.
• 2–5 years software engineering experience, ready to make an immediate impact.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; React experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
• Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jira).
• Experience with containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Cloud experience required - AWS a plus.
• Exposure to finance processes or AI/ML engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own meaningful pieces of system development, maintenance, process improvement, and automation.
• Collaborate with BI developers and finance/trading teams to keep the BP&A ecosystem running smoothly.
• Build tools to boost efficiency and streamline data processing.
• Develop high-end dashboards and visualization tools for stakeholders globally.
• Work with large data sets and data pipelines supporting storage, retrieval, and analysis.
