Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking a backend engineer to strengthen our Activations squad, building robust services and APIs in a remote-first environment across the US.

You will write clean, well-documented code with emphasis on error-handling, logging, and edge cases, collaborating with product and engineering to design scalable systems. Proactive architectural thinking and strong communication are required.

Eligibility to work in the United States is required for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience writing backend services & APIs.
• Good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals / data structures / algorithms
• Experience with NodeJS
• Well versed with REST APIs
• Well versed with microservice architectures
• Good technical and communication skills - with the ability to self manage, estimate
