• 3+ years of experience in backend/Engine-scale roles.
• Proficiency in Rust (or C/C++) and Python.
• Strong UNIX/Linux fundamentals and tooling (Git, shells).
• Experience with distributed systems and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, robust backend services for speech processing.
• Improve core inference services including performance optimizations.
