Qualifications

• 1+ years of software engineering or equivalent shipping real products.
• Strong backend fundamentals: Python, Postgres, OpenSearch, gRPC on AWS.
• Remote-first within ±4 hours of Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Ship backend features end to end in days, from customer ask to production.
• Build testing harnesses for safe agent changes; work directly with customers on issues.
• Use agents daily but know system architecture deeply; participate in oncall.
