Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an experienced Software Engineer for the Ads Integrity team in San Francisco. You will design and operate backend and distributed systems that protect the ads ecosystem from abuse, while enabling real-time decisions and scalable risk analysis.

You will work with ML engineers, product and policy teams to integrate signals, enforce rules, and build infra that remains reliable, private, and explainable at OpenAI scale. Relocation assistance is available for this role.
