What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and energetic BackEnd Developer to join our talented Software Development team in Córdoba or remotely. You will be part of our distributed Scrum environment across the UK, Poland, and Spain, involving roles in technical leadership, development, architecture, quality, product, and project management. English fluency is essential.

Knowledge And Experience

• 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft development stack including .NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework, dependency injection, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of core object-oriented software design patterns.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum methodology and JIRA.
• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Git in SDLC.
• Knowledge of Azure VSTS, continuous integration, and automated deployment is a plus.
• Exposure to Podman is desirable.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with front-end, back-end, or full-stack developers within an Agile Scrum team.
• Share knowledge and mentor other developers.
• Proactively address business requests and development improvements.
• Build scalable, reusable code; test, document, and maintain backend applications.
• Provide accurate estimates for requests and fixes.
• Write clear technical documentation.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to team performance.
• Engage in continuous learning through training, conferences, and self-study.
