Job summary

WebPros ищет опытного бэкенд‑разработчика для поддержки и развития KoalityEngine и интеграций с WHM. Ваша работа охватит поддержание и развитие критических сервисов, устранение инцидентов и развёртывание изменений в крупной кодовой базе.

Требуется глубокий опыт бэкенд‑разработки, знание PHP/Symfony и Node.js/TypeScript, а также способность работать удаленно и согласованно в международной команде. Оклады по евро, контракт на фиксированный период.

Qualifications

• Свободное владение PHP (Symfony) и уверенное владение Node.js/TypeScript.

• Опыт эксплуатации production‑систем, отладки и инцидент‑менеджмента.

Responsibilities

• Вести KoalityEngine и связанные решения, поддерживая платформу во время отсутствия текущего владельца.
• Поддерживать интеграцию WHM и плагин 360 Monitoring для cPanel & WHM.
• Разбирать production‑инциденты и снижать простой до минимума.
• Делать бэкенд‑разработку для 360 Monitoring, включая развёртывание Auth0‑диверсии.
• Управлять развёртываниями, инфраструктурой и обслуживанием серверов.
• Сотрудничать с вторым старшим бэкендом, QA и продуктом для планирования изменений и тестирования.
• Передать KoalityEngine и интеграцию WHM текущему владельцу, обеспечить переход.
• Достать доступ к системам и реализовать минимум одно изменение.
• Развивать автономность после four‑week handover.
• Разобраться в кастомных решениях KoalityEngine и понять их назначение.
• Брать на себя изменения WHM от начала до выпуска в QA и прод.

Job description

Описание:

WebPros provides solutions for web hosting, billing automation, infrastructure, server management, and online marketing. Its portfolio includes cPanel & WHM, Plesk, WHMCS, SolusVM, XOVI, SocialBee, Sitejet, and Comet Backup.

Задачи:

• Run and develop the KoalityEngine day to day, including its custom solutions, to keep the platform reliable during the leave
• Maintain the WHM integration, the 360 Monitoring plugin for cPanel & WHM, so customers on cPanel servers continue receiving working monitoring
• Troubleshoot production issues across backend systems, including on-call-style incident work, to keep downtime short
• Deliver backend work on 360 Monitoring, including the Auth0 decommissioning
• Handle deployments, infrastructure, and server maintenance to keep releases and servers stable
• Work with the second senior backend developer, QA, and product to plan and ship changes with appropriate context and testing
• Complete the handover of the KoalityEngine and WHM integration with the current owner
• Get access to required systems and ship at least one small change
• Handle troubleshooting and deployments independently after the current owner leaves
• Locate the KoalityEngine’s custom solutions and understand why they exist
• Own WHM integration changes from start to finish with QA and product
• Contribute to the Auth0 decommissioning on the 360 Monitoring side
• Become the team’s point of contact for the KoalityEngine
• Set priorities with the second senior backend developer
• Leave the system in a state the current owner can resume without surprises

Требования:

• Several years of professional backend development at senior level
• Strong PHP (Symfony) and solid Node.js / TypeScript skills
• Ability to become productive quickly and work independently in large existing codebases with limited documentation
• Experience operating production systems, including debugging, monitoring, and incident handling
• Fluent English
• Availability within CET ±2 hours
• Work autonomously and proactively, manage time effectively, and keep colleagues updated while working remotely and asynchronously
• Read unfamiliar code and understand its design before making changes
• Stay calm and methodical when debugging live production issues
• Be comfortable owning a system for a defined period and handing it back in good condition
• Be comfortable with codebases that have documentation gaps and custom solutions, maintaining rather than rebuilding a platform, working without detailed specifications, and handling incident and operations work
• Be able to work independently after a four-week handover and onboarding period

Условия:

• Fixed-term contract from 2 November 2026 to 1 May 2027
• Annual salary between 50,000 EUR and 72,000 EUR gross, depending on location; compensation may exceed the usual range for exceptional capability
