RedCliff Ascent seeks a dedicated night-shift staffer for the ThreePeaks Ascent program, in a backcountry wilderness setting. You’ll work 7 consecutive nights, 13 hours per night, then rotate off for 7 days, supervising students and supporting experiential activities.

This full-time role offers $165+ per night with benefits after 60 days, and opportunities to contribute to innovative wilderness-based therapy.

Formación

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and be 19+ years of age.
• First Aid and CPR certification; WFR preferred; background check required.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; able to transport to base for shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Night Shift works 7 consecutive nights in the backcountry, 13 hours a night.
• Ensure supervision and safety of students; document activities.
• Lead experiential activities and group discussions; de-escalate crises.
• Provide support and feedback to coworkers; follow policies and laws.
