Qualifications

• Flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Carry orders to tables and serve plates at the table.
• Assist chefs with expediting orders and ensuring plate quality.
• Read food tickets, arrange plates for delivery to tables.
• Clear dirty dishes and restock service stations.
• Notify expeditor when tables are ready to be served.
• Replenish stations with product and supplies.
• Break down and clean work area and restock per end-of-day par levels.
