Responsibilities

• Carry orders to tables on a tray and serve plates.
• Assist chefs with expediting orders and quality checks.
• Read food tickets, organize plates for delivery.
• Notify expediter when tables are ready to be served.
• Replenish stations and restock par levels at end of day.
