Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Prior experience in parts sales or inventory management preferred.
• Customer-facing or technician-support experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, reliable parts service to technicians.
• Assist technicians in selecting the right parts for repairs.
• Maintain accurate inventory for regular repairs and service work.
• Communicate parts availability and back-orders with the team.
• Keep work area clean and organized to prevent confusion.
• Track parts usage and resolve shortages with the service dept.
• Document parts orders and invoices accurately.
• Participate in training to stay current on product knowledge.
• Uphold professionalism and teamwork standards.
