Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a process-focused role.
• Customer service mindset and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Process applications with precision and efficiency
• Manage underwriting process and move cases forward
• Process service requests (name/address changes, beneficiary changes, billing updates)
• Collaborate with partners to develop financial plans
• Open investment accounts and manage client communications
• Prepare investment summaries and reports for reviews
• Document case notes, analysis, and assumptions
• Provide backup support for inbound checks
