Chick-fil-A Marble Hill is hiring a Back of House Team Member. This role supports the independent Owner/Operator and helps deliver signature Chick-fil-A service and quality in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, learn all kitchen stations, stock inventory, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace while staying current with new products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations and equipment.
• Stock kitchen inventory and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
• Stay up-to-date on new products and procedures and follow safety guidelines.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and adhere to dress code and policies.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including machines, breading, assembling, utilities, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
