Hello Hilo™ is a new, fast‑casual restaurant bringing Hawaii‑inspired eats and treats to Gainesville, GA. Developed by the Taira family, founders of KING’S HAWAIIAN®, Hello Hilo is named for Hilo, HI, where Robert R. Taira opened his first bakery more than 70 years ago.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all dishes on the menu with an emphasis on taste and food quality, exceeding all expectations.
• Ensure proper presentation of plates in a timely manner to guests.
• Keep food areas organized and ready for daily business and rush times.
• Understand and comply with all general and specific safe job procedures, including safe knife use, wearing slip‑resistant shoes, and utilizing proper lifting techniques.
• Follow correct procedures to label, date, and store food.
• Organize and maintain incoming products and stores in the proper locations.
• Execute exceptional cleanliness standards in all tasks.
• Complete side work and work in cross‑trained positions when needed.
• Maintain an excellent level of food, service, health, and safety standards to ensure safety for all team members and guests.

Qualifications
