Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member in Loveland, OH. This full-time position requires at least 30 hours per week and offers opportunities to learn from experienced Operators and Leadership while contributing to a positive, fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will prepare and present food to Chick-fil-A standards, maintain clean and safe work areas, and continuously develop your skills through in-house training and leadership guidance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Report maintenance issues to Leadership and work safely with equipment.
• Complete in-house training and stay updated on changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A handbook and dress code.
• Follow the Full-Time Back of House Job Description.
• Other duties as assigned.
