Job summary

Chick-fil-A Makiki Drive-Thru in Honolulu is seeking a Back of House Team Member to join our kitchen team, assembling orders safely, accurately, and quickly while ensuring guests leave with a smile.

You will rotate through fryers, breading, prep, dishes, inventory management, maintenance and primary/secondary meal production; training is provided. We value a positive attitude, teamwork, reliability, and adherence to food safety.

Responsibilities

• Machines (working fryers and grills)
• Breading (hand breading all of the fried chicken)
• Prep (creating delicious and attractive salads and other dishes)
• Dishes (washing and maintaining a clean and safe environment)
• Inventory/Truck Management (ensuring inventory is properly rotated and staged)
• Maintenance (supporting machine and restaurant maintenance)
• Primary/Secondary meal production (ensuring accurate order development)
