Job summary

Chick-fil-A Kahului is seeking Back of House Team Members to help keep our kitchen running smoothly and safely. You will start shifts in fresh chef coats, set up stations with ingredients, and prepare iconic items like Chicken Sandwiches and Waffle Fries during breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes.

We offer competitive pay in the $18.00–$22.00 per hour range, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for scholarships.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Saturday availability is REQUIRED for all roles.
• Full-Time requires Monday–Saturday availability (average 33+ hours/week).
• Part-Time requires availability of at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare with Pride: Build and prepare high-quality food consistently, ensuring every meal meets Chick-fil-A’s standards.
• Master Order Accuracy: Use KPS screens, labels, and box tabs to ensure correct orders.
• Maintain a Safe Environment: Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Organize for Success: Keep kitchen, chutes, and inventory organized and restocked.
• Communicate Effectively: Work with Front of House to streamline service and minimize wait times.
