Chick-fil-A Madison is seeking Back of House Team Members to support fast, safe, and friendly service in a busy kitchen. You will prepare and assemble menu items, stock inventory, and ensure all food meets Chick-fil-A standards while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Reliable and consistent team member.
• Cheerful, positive attitude and customer service focus.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including Sundays.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• Willing to learn Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep kitchen neat, clean, and orderly.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products.
• Operate safely around kitchen equipment and report issues.
• Complete in-house training and stay updated on changes.
• Open or close tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
