Job summary

McAlister’s Deli in Whitestown, IN is hiring a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced kitchen. You’ll read orders, portion and prepare ingredients, and ensure all stations stay stocked and organized for smooth service.

You will follow food safety standards and work closely with the team to keep the kitchen running efficiently. Training is provided; prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
