Job summary

McAlister’s Deli in Indianapolis is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a fast-paced environment.

You will read orders, prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards, and keep prep areas clean and stocked.

Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided; candidates should be reliable, team-oriented, and able to stand, bend, and lift during shifts.
