McAlister's Deli in Southaven, MS is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to support fast-paced kitchen operations. You will read orders, prepare ingredients, and assemble menu items according to recipes and portion standards.

You will keep all prep areas, equipment, and stations clean and stocked, follow food safety protocols, and work with the team to ensure smooth service. No prior restaurant experience is required; training is provided.
