McAlister’s Deli in Alcoa, TN is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment. You’ll read orders and prepare food accurately, using recipes and portion standards, and keep prep areas, equipment, and stations clean and stocked.

We value reliability, a positive attitude, and team spirit. Training is provided and restaurant experience helps, but is not required to apply.
