Job summary

McAlister’s Deli in Tupelo, MS is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment. You will read orders and prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes, and keep food prep areas stocked and organized.

You will follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards and work with the team to ensure smooth kitchen service. Training is provided; prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
