Job summary

McAlister’s Deli is hiring a Back of the House Team Member for a franchised location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants in Omaha, NE. You will help prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced kitchen and support daily operations.

We welcome reliable, team-oriented candidates. Restaurant experience helps, but training is provided to learn recipes, portion standards, and food safety practices in a friendly franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/kitchen experience preferred but training is provided.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards.
• Read orders and prepare food accurately and efficiently.
