Job summary

McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to join our franchised location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants. You’ll prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes, read orders, and keep workstations clean to ensure efficient service.

Ideal candidates are reliable, positive, and team-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced kitchen, and capable of standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided.
