Job summary

McAlister’s Deli is hiring a Back of the House Team Member in Muncie, Indiana. You will prepare ingredients and menu items using standardized recipes, read orders, and assemble food quickly and accurately to keep service flowing smoothly.

In this role you will maintain clean work areas, follow food safety and sanitation standards, and collaborate with teammates to ensure high quality meals are served on time. Prior restaurant experience helps, but training is provided.
