Job summary

McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to join a franchised location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants in Topeka, KS. You will contribute to a clean, fast-paced kitchen environment and ensure quality food preparation.

Responsibilities include reading orders, preparing items to recipes and portions, keeping areas stocked and safe, and collaborating with the team to maintain smooth service. Training is provided; prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift during shifts.
