Job summary

McAlister’s Deli in Muncie, IN is hiring a Back of the House Team Member to prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment. You will read orders and prepare food accurately and efficiently, keeping prep areas and equipment clean and stocked.

We’re seeking reliable, positive team players who can work in a fast-paced kitchen, stand/bend/lift, and adapt quickly. Training is provided; restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
