Chick-fil-A in Moline, IL is seeking a Back of House Team Member to join a fast-paced kitchen crew focused on safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.

You'll prepare and present food to Chick-fil-A standards, maintain a clean workspace, and stay current with new products and in-house training. Flexible scheduling available with opportunities for growth, training, and scholarships; competitive starting pay of $13–$16.25 per hour, including Sundays off on a typical week.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
