Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is hiring for a hands-on kitchen role. You’ll prep, cook, and plate dishes you’re proud of while keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized. You’ll work as part of a close-knit team where health and safety are woven into daily craft.

We welcome all applicants, with training provided. The role offers flexible schedules and opportunities to advance from line cook to kitchen manager and beyond.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands‑on and high‑energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
