Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Concord, NC is seeking a hands-on kitchen teammate. You will prep, cook, and plate scratch-made dishes with pride, while keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized. We value teamwork and a strong work ethic, and no prior experience is required as we’ll teach you the JNN way.

This role is high-energy and requires standing on your feet for 8+ hours, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and growth opportunities are available.

The Physical Stuff

This role is hands‑on and high‑energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
