Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Augusta, GA is hiring a hands-on kitchen teammate. You will prep, cook, and plate real scratch-made food, keep your station clean, and work as one team to deliver the best barbecue.

No experience required; we'll teach you the JNN way. This role is high-energy and physical, standing 8+ hours, with the chance to move up from line cook to kitchen manager as you grow.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands‑on and high‑energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
