Job summary

Chick-fil-A Markham & University in Little Rock is hiring team members to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Both full-time and part-time roles are available with 15+ hours per week, day or evening shifts, and open availability is preferred.

You will prepare tasty food with modern equipment and contribute to a caring, service-driven culture. Join a team of 80+ members, with opportunities for growth, leadership, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must!
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude, coachable
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team member

• Participate in a fast-paced, upbeat environment preparing safe, tasty food with state of the art equipment
• Maintain a clean work environment with high standards and expectations
• Join a team of over 80+ Team Members that focuses on growth, personal and professional development
• Upper management and leadership opportunities including Team Leader, Assistant Director and Director
• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected

Job description

Starting Pay: Up to $15.00/hr+ depending on experience, performance & availability.
