McAlister’s Deli, operated by Southern Rock Restaurants, is seeking a Back of the House Team Member. You will prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment, following recipes, portion standards, and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates are reliable, positive, and team-oriented, with the ability to stand, bend, and lift during shifts. Restaurant experience helps, but training is provided.

• Prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards.
• Read orders and prepare food accurately and efficiently.
• Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and workstations clean and stocked.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Work with the team to keep kitchen service running smoothly.
