McAlister’s Deli in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to help prep quality food in a clean, fast-paced kitchen. You will read orders, prepare ingredients, and ensure food safety standards are met while keeping workstations stocked and organized.

Training is provided, and reliable, team-oriented candidates who can thrive in a busy environment are encouraged to apply. Prior restaurant experience helps but is not required.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift during shift.
• Able to work in a clean, fast-paced environment.
