McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to join a franchised location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants. You will prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment and support the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout shifts. Training is provided, and prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
