Job summary

McAlister’s Deli in Columbus, Indiana is hiring a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work from recipes, read orders, and ensure sanitation and proper portioning.

You’ll keep prep areas clean, stock equipment, follow safety standards, and collaborate with teammates to keep service running smoothly. Prior restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided at this franchised location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants.
