Responsibilities

• Serve Guests through the Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy.
• Deliver 2nd Mile Service and Develop Trust with Guests.
• Follow all policies and fulfill operational goals.
• Create "Raving Fans' and relationship with the Community.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST:

• Be Fast & Accurate: By executing this fundamental with excellence, we let Guests know we value their time and their business-and fast and accurate service is one reason why Customers keep coming back, specifically in the drive-thru.

SCHEDULE CLASSIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Full-Time: 30+ hours weekly

Part-Time: Less than 30 hours

Saturdays: All team members are expected to work at least 2 Saturdays a month, unless approved by the Operator or Hiring Manager
