McAlister’s Deli | Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced kitchen. You will read orders, measure portions, and assemble menu items to recipe standards while keeping prep stations organized and stocked.

This role requires reliability, a team spirit, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Training is provided; restaurant experience is helpful but not required at this franchised McAlister’s
