Job summary

McAlister’s Deli, a franchised location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants, is hiring a Back of the House Team Member in Lafayette, Indiana. You’ll help prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced kitchen, following recipes and portions, with a focus on efficiency and teamwork.

Training is provided; prior restaurant experience helps but is not required. You’ll join a responsive team dedicated to great service and food safety standards.
