Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a Back of the House Team Member at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in New Albany, Mississippi. You will help prep quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment, following recipes and portion standards, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

You’ll read orders, prepare menu items accurately, keep prep areas and equipment clean, and work with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout shift
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided
