Job summary

McAlister’s Deli is hiring a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality dishes in a clean, fast-paced kitchen. You’ll follow recipes, portion standards, and safety guidelines while working with a supportive team in a franchised location run by Southern Rock Restaurants.

Experience is helpful but not required—training is provided. You should be reliable, positive, and able to stand, bend, and lift throughout shifts as part of a busy restaurant operation that keeps service flowing
